how to do Addtion in Pivot and make it Decnding order

Hiii all Memebrs
I attached herwith the sample file
in that Sheet 1 has a date
and in sheet5 i make a one pivot table
in that pivot table there are 3 colum 1.balnk, 2.bearish and 3.bullish colum
i want the total of only Bearish and Bullish colum and also want that total in decending order like or Top ten in total
aslo i dont want that blank column in pivot, is it possible to hide that
please experts i try but didn't find the solustion
