I have a table and even though I've set the cell date format for the entire column to 22/07/16 every time a new row is added to the table it reverts to 7/22/16. Can anyone help, its driving me berserk!

Since you're in the UK I take it your Windows Regional Settings are dd/mm/yyyy and not mm/dd/yyyy?
Attach a sample spreadsheet with expected results, remove any sensitive data.
