    Generate new sheet from old

I have an old sheet tablerates.csv (attached) which I need to have formatted into my new sheet matrixrates-pricevsdestination.csv (attached). I have done two countries in the new sheet, Australia and USA and I would like to have the same done for all the countries listed in the old sheet. How can I do this?

The logic seems to be that you want to double up the number of entries, and for the new entry you want to subtract 5.00 from the Shipping Price and set that with a range of 0 to 59.99 (presumably weight) and for the existing entry to have a range of 60 to 99999.

    Is that correct?

    Is this a one-off exercise?

Sorry, I should have provided more detail. In tablerates.csv the first country is ABW. This entry is to be identical to the 2 USA rows in matrixrates-pricevsdestination.csv with the only difference being the country column. The second country in tablerates.csv is AFG and this is once again to be identical to the USA entry. And so on with all the countries.

It would take as long to describe what to do as to do it, so I went ahead and changed the file for you - attached.

    Hope this helps.
