Pivot Table / Filtering query

I'm looking to create a contacts database using pivot tables - I want add a new column called "skills". Within "Skills" I want to add multiple skills per contact/row and want to be able to filter the 'skills' column for one specific skill.

In sum, I'm looking to add multiple values within a field and be able to search for one of those values throughout the database.
