    Program generated spreadsheet too big

Hi everyone! I have a task where I need to process some excel files to get some information. The excel files are generated by a testing software. The problem is that excel files are too big(e.g. ~350kB with only 19kB of data). I deleted all the information and I still have ~330kb. Can you tell me from where comes this much amount of data? LINK to empty excel file. I searched and many people said that the empty cells are the problem. I tried with CTRL + END and it took me to W15 so I don't think this is the problem. I need to solve this because it slows down a lot when I parse the file (around 4 mins instead of 1-2 seconds). Thank you in advance and sorry for any misspell. If you need any information I will give you as soon as I can.

If I create a new blank file and then save it, Windows Explorer tells me it is 7k, but your file is 326k, even after I deleted all rows and columns and re-saved. You don't have any macros or named ranges, and I can't see any conditional formatting set up, but there is obviously something different. Perhaps you have other sheets which are very-hidden, or named ranges which are hidden, or shapes which are not visible - maybe the testing software that you use has left something behind.
