Need to create list which pivots from 2 source files

Hi All,

I'll try and explain this the best I can......

I have file 1 which contains Products and Prices, each Product is within a Product Category. Say for example I have 10 Product Categories, each contains 10 Products with its own Price. Format is ... Product Category / Product Code / Product Price

The second file contains a customer base, which is formatted as ... Acc Number / Acc Name / Product Category

Each customer is listed between 1 and 10 times, depending if they are taking 1 or all of the Product Categories

The list I am trying to generate is simply a price load file in the format .... Acc Number / Product Category / Product Code / Product Price

The only common field in both files is obviously the Product Category. So if the first customer has 2 Product Categories which contain 5 Products each, the first ten lines will be (assuming everything is priced at 1.00)
1000 / PAPER / 1 / 1.00
1000 / PAPER / 2 / 1.00
1000 / PAPER / 3 / 1.00
1000 / PAPER / 4 / 1.00
1000 / PAPER / 5 / 1.00
1000 / FILES / 6 / 1.00
1000 / FILES / 7 / 1.00
1000 / FILES / 8 / 1.00
1000 / FILES / 9 / 1.00
1000 / FILES / 10 / 1.00

I am racking my brains and need to get something loaded today, so would be grateful for any help. I can provide dummy files if needed.
I will also try and explain better if needed..........
