Create unique list of sequences

Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me,

I have four letters "ABCD" and i want a sequence of 5 letters, so one of more of these letters can be repeated. The total number of unique sequences would therefore be 4^5 (1024). I have a list of these sequences which i created using a "ListPermut" module I found on this board. However I would now like to make a list of every permutation where each sequence differs to every other sequence in the list by 4 or more letters.

Thanks, i agree an example would be useful! So if i have one random sequence using the four letters "ADBBC" then i would like to know every permutation where the letters in the sequence are different in at least 4 of the 5 positions e.g. "BADAA" would miss-match 5/5 to the first sequence and "CABDD" would miss-match 4/5 to the previous two however if there are two or more like letters e.g. "CADBA" this would be excluded from the list. Hope this helps

Also if it helps each letter in my generated list is populated in a new cell

Could anyone give me any suggestions? I can used the find function to select all similar letters in one column and delete the rows but I'ts a tedious process and I would have to do that with all 1024 sequences right? and then combine the results. Would it be possible to write a macro for that solution? I've attached the list of sequences if anyone would like to try
