Earlier i used to get +post new thread symbol when i login now for the last 2 months ,Everytime when i want to post a new thread i am going to google then give "how to post new thread in excel forum" then with this link http://www.excelforum.com/excel-general/ i get that +post new thread symbol then i am able to post ....normally what is the path how to get that post new thread symbol when i login

You could always select Forum on the top level menu and choose a Sub-Forum. You should then see the + Post New Thread link.
