Question Comparing Multiple items to see if they match. If they match then getting a sum.

OK guys I have a question. I have Data in excel. There are multiple duplicates depending on 3 Categories. I am trying to combine those into one and sum there total.
So here is what the Excel sheet looks like. Note the table was not working.

Message Name | Area | Local Area | Time Posted (CST) | DateStamp | Total Calls | Hangups

That is the headers. There are 6 pieces of info. the way the data is the first 4 or 5 piece of info could be the exact same or parts could be the same and others not.

    EX.

Message Name | Area | Local Area | Time Posted (CST) | DateStamp | Total Calls | Hangup
    393526 3000 1200 9:03:00 AM 6/7/2016 1 0
    393526 3000 1200 9:03:00 AM 6/7/2016 1 1
    Volume ALL ALL 10:35:00 AM 3/25/2016 425 74
    Volume ALL ALL 10:35:00 AM 3/25/2016 971 351
    Maint2015 8351 1000 10:30:00 AM 3/21/2016 1 0
    Maint2015 8351 1100 2:09:00 PM 3/21/2016 4 3
    Maint323) 8381 1900 9:14:00 AM 3/24/2016 5 4

So that is a basic layout of the sheet. What im trying to compare is the values in A, B and C and if they are they exact same summing up total calls and hangups. So the first two are the exact same I would want to Take the first message and get rid of the duplicate The time could be different I just want the first time it has and have a sum of the calls and hangups so the first combined item would be
Message Name | Area | Local Area | Time Posted (CST) | DateStamp | Total Calls | Hangup
    393526 3000 1200 9:03:00 AM 6/7/2016 2 1

It would also combine the volume one the exact same way. However for the MAINT2015 it wouldn't because they are different for the local area. There are thousands of items on this sheet so any help on how to do this would be awesome. The only thing is the first 3 will be duplicates but the calls and hangups wont. so I wasn't sure how to.
