Question Printing filtered data - problems with PRINT AREA?

    Hi all,

Thanks for taking your time and reading this post.

My spreadsheet has about 8 columns and 13000 rows. I apply filters to narrow the data that I want to print off.
After filtering data I go to: PAGE LAYOUT -> PRINT AREA -> SET PRINT AREA. I then highlight active columns and rows and print them off.

Printing area seems to adjust automatically when I change my filters. However, there are times when last two, or three rows are NOT included within the printing area and I need to change printing area over and over again. Is there anyway to set this automatically?

Best wishes to all my excel geniuses!

    Thank you!

if you are wanting to print all visible rows, try this:

Simply select the columns you want to print and then click on Set Print Area

(It will not print all 1,048,576 rows unless they have data in them! - on Windows at least - just noticed you are a Mac operator)
