Where is the "Save As PDF" (multiple sheets) option on the left sidebar?

    Hello,

I use Excel on a daily basis to produce reports, which compiles multiple Excel sheets into a single PDF file.
There has always been an option on the left sidebar (right underneath "Save As") called "Save As PDF".
Using this, one can easily create a PDF made up of multiple excel sheets.
The standard "Save As" can save as a PDF, but you cannot choose specific sheets to include.

This morning, it has disappeared from the sidebar and I cannot find out why.
This has happened as handful of times in the past, but I could solve by reloading Excel.
I've even restarted my computer at this point and I still don't see it.

Please help! I am in urgent need of this feature

    Thanks ahead of time!

I don't have Excel 2013, but I have always selected the sheets that I want to include first (hold down the CTRL key and click on each tab in turn that you want to include), and then used File | Save As. Remember to Ungroup the sheets in the XL file afterwards, by right-clicking on a sheet tab and clicking on Ungroup sheets, or by just clicking on any sheet tab which is not part of the group.

    Hope this helps.

    Pete
