I have been playing around with many different scenarios.
Currently working on an Excel Gantt chart, from there I input fields on another tab with 'Subject', 'StartDate', 'Enddate'.
Next step is to export that info into Calendar form via outlook.
This is going to be time consuming even after I have it all setup. Just too many steps.
My questions are:
1. Is there a way to have Outlook update when I enter new fields in my excel doc?
So I don't have to save the file and export each time.
2. Does the export to Outlook file have to be in it's own folder or can it be in my Gantt workbook?
3. I have different tasks each with their own calendar in Outlook. Can they all be on the same worksheet for exporting or only the saved field?
Straight from Gantt to Calendar view would be even better but it seems to be way too confusing to set it all up.
