Unhappy How to get grouped data to expand downward rather than upward

Currently when when we group rows together, they expand upward. i.e. when you click the (+) to expand a group, all constituent rows are shown above the group-header (total) row. Is there a way to make these group-header rows expand downward as in have the group-header row at the top of list of constituents rather than at the bottom?

    Hey ntogs,

In Excel 2013 and 2016 you can simply set what you want. See:

Time to upgrade to a newer version?

In 2016 you would click on the Data tab and then look for the "Outline" group of icons. Then click the dropdown in the bottom right of that group. It will display the Outline Settings, where you uncheck the "Summary*Rows Below Detain".
