Calculating the night shift and day shift

Greetings,
how to solve the problem by calculating the night shift and day shift.
Night shift is calculated in the range from 22H to 06 h once a shift starting from 20h to 07h.
This would be, in this case the night shift would be 8 hours and daily for 3 hours.
How to solve this problem

It can be quite difficult to calculate time over several dates and there are probably many ways of solving the problem. I did it my way and made a spreadsheet for you that you can use for learning or for calculating shifts.

I am using Excel's functions for year, month, day and date to add and subtract time, as well as using if statements to choose a different calculation i the date changes.

I should probably try to explain how I did it but there are so many functions here and there - so it's easier to post the sheet and let you check it out.

PS: I didnt really double check how it will work if shift starts before 6 AM. Maybe it has to be rewritten a little bit to account for that.
