Barcode Scan to Excel

Assuming your bags are listed down column A, the locks down column B, and the scan of the bag always goes into H2...
Right click the sheets tab,
click View Code,
paste this into the sheet module that opens and give things a try.

Posting a sample workbook would have made suggestion more specific to your actual situation.

Does this do what you're looking for ?

The totes scan to the right cell. When I scan a tote barcode, it sends me to the Bag barcode cell, which is great. However, the bags will not always be assigned to the same facility. One day bag 510N could be going to one place and then another place tomorrow.

I'm guessing you're saying next time the tote is scanned clear last bag and lock scans.
If so, what about the rest of the stuff on the line?

I will open a new clear spreadsheet everyday. It won't have to delete the old info. Everything else on the line will be completed by hand. The only thing that I will be scanning are the totes, bags and locks. I really appreciate all of the help.
