Worksheet printed to PDF from different machines yeilds different page breaks

I have a excel workbook that many employees work in. They all enter data into the program which funnels to report tab. I have set the print area on the worksheet to 2 pages. I have a macro that prints the "report" to a folder within a shared file. That function is working fine. The problem I have and seeking advice from you is one person can run the print macro and the report prints fine (2 pages). The next person runs the macro and it will blow out the page breaks. It varies from person to person on the results but it typically prints the worksheet on 4 to as many as 8 pages. I don't think this is an issue within excel but the computer setting. I am just not sure where to adjust these settings so it prints to 2 pages on everyone's machine.

Any help you could provide will be greatly appreciated.
