Create two dynamic named ranges in the same column?

So on one sheet I have two tables. The tables start in column B. Currently, Table 1 starts at row 9 and goes to row 38. Table 2 starts at row 43 and goes to row 70. The ranges need to be dynamic because x amount of rows will be added to Table 1.

Any ideas on how I can have a dynamic named range for the row length in Table 1 and Table 2?
