same workbook dual monitor issue

You can move this new session to your second screen. However as they are in separate sessions you will not be able to do Lookups etc. from one to the other.

so does this mean whatever change i make in the original one, it won't appear in the duplicate version?

i have 2013 at home and 'new window' actually open a new session which can be moved to a second screen. does 2010 not have this function?
