Hello Everyone,
I have a column of 150 country names with many multiples, I would like a formula to populate in as many cells below as needed a unique list of names from the column

Have you tried copying and pasting them then using the Remove Duplicates functionality? Assuming of course you have Excel 2007 or later. Update your profile so that it's obvious.

Sorry i should have said the list will change from time to time hence a formula
