    ctrl end goes too far

    Hello,

I've read other posts on this topic, but nothing is working.

My last row of data is around row 160,000. Every time I select "CRTL End", the cell selected is the last row in excel. I've deleted all the rows under the last row of data, saved, closed, reopened and that didn't work. I cleared all formats and contents, saved, closed, reopened, and same result. I've done both the delete and cleared the contents and formats, saved, closed, and reopened to the same result. Why won't it work?

    Frustrated,
    DAKevin

    Hi,

Press control and the down arrow - this will take you to the last cell in that column that is populated.
Is this what you are after?

    Regards

Thank you everyone. I apologize for the EXTREMELY delayed response. We had to rebuild the table. Nothing was working.
