Split Panes Independent movement

I am trying to get where I can move part of a sheet up and down, but another part of it stays still.

I have read that, when in Split mode, the four panes can be moved independently. However, this does not seem to be the case. I can get the two upper and lower panes to move independently, but not the left and right panes.

Is there a way to achieve independent vertical scrolling?

I basically want to scroll Columns A through F while columns H, I and J remain static. Can this be done?

    I am using Excel 2016.

    1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
