Last night I stumbled across achieving the result I wanted. Hours later I haven't been able to figure out how I did it. If anyone can explain the steps I'd appreciate it.

Assuming that you are speaking of the '% Of Planned PPH Achieved' field, I would imagine that you
> selected one of the cells inside the pivot table,
> selected the Pivot Table Tools tab,
> selected the options tab,
> selected Fields, Items & Sets,
> selected calculated field,
> put the following formula into the formula window: ='Actual PPH'/'Planned PPH'.
By the way, you can see/edit the formula that you put in a calculated field using the steps listed in this article.

Thank you so much JeteMc. I finally did figure it out late last night. And I think I have beaten my chart issues as well. It helped when I realized that there were chart features in the Design toolbar as well as within the chart itself. For now I am good to go. But I do recall having been taken down by a big issue last night that escapes me right now as I find myself late for work. lol I may just take you up with another / more questions later in the week though, if you don't mind. Thanks again.
