What would cause my file to become a Read Only file? I can no longer save to it. I have to save as ‘New Name’.

could you upload it?
Use Windows Explorer to see if Windows has the Read-Only attribute set.
I have had this happen occasionally but I have not identified the cause. It may be related to another instance of Excel tying up the file or some other weird timing thing in Excel. The way I have resolved this is to save the file with a new name, then close all instances of Excel, then using Windows Explorer to delete the old version and rename the new version back to the original name. I have never had this repeated with the same file after doing this.

Here it is. I made a new copy but I don’t know why it would all of a sudden become ‘Read Only”.
It’s not coming through. I uploaded it but it’s not there. Unless it’s too big.
If it's too big you would get an error message but the message is very subtle and I have missed it myself. If it is too big you might be able to zip it and then attach the zip file. For some reason, the size limit on zip files is much larger.
Here it goes.
In Windows Explorer, right click the file, choose "properties". Verify that "Read Only" is UNchecked.

I cannot replicate this with your file and don't see anything in the macros that would cause it. I suspect this is a one-time fluke having to do with your Excel environment.
I appreciate you looking. Must be a fluke.
