Watts to Pace formula

Hello,

I need some help reversing this formula.

If a person take 1min 34 sec to do 500m I would work out their watts by:

Split = 1:34.0
min = 1
Sec = 34
sec total = (1*60)+34) = 94
Pace = Sec Total /500 = 0.188
Watts = 2.8/(421*pace*pace*pace)

How do I now work that formula backwards. As in: find out the split from their watts over 500m.

Sweep's got you covered, but if you wanted to use Excel date/time values directly,

2	Watts	421	B2: =2.8 * (500/(86400*B1))^3

5	Split	0:01:34.0	B5: =500 * (2.8 / B4)^(1/3) / 86400
