Highlight cell with current week and highlight adjacent cell in same row as well

if you select the column say C
and the use B1 as the rule - c will change colour

ie

select C:C

conditional formatting

=B1>0

then c1 down will highlight where b1 down is greater than zero

Unfortunately not.

Maybe if I explain my situation in a bit more detail you'll understand.

Column A has the dates of every starting Monday. Column B has the week number. Column C and so forth will also contain other values that I might want to be highlighted as well, but I can just copy paste the same rule used for Column B, once I figure it out.

For example, say that this week is week 3. So the cell with the date 11/09/2017 (Monday of this week) will be highlighted. But I also want the cell next to it (with the value "week 3") highlighted as well. And then so forth for the next week and the week after, etc.
