Copy row to other sheet if a cell has certain value

Hello-

I have two sheets, "Tracker" and "New". Each has a helper column (column AC) in it that says if the value in column J is unique to that sheet, or has a duplicate on the other sheet. I'm trying to create a macro that will look for any value of "Unique" in column AC on sheet New, then copy that row to sheet Tracker. Nothing I try is working.

If there's a way to eliminate the helper column and macro it directly, that'd be lagniappe.
