use conditional formatting to identify teams

Every week I extract data from an online database that contains data of dart matches played. From the data I extract I need to count how many home matches for specific teams from specific locations within a specific date range. On the attached sample I have the data in A - G, and the location/team info in O - Q. It seems I should be able to use conditional formatting to highlight the home matches for each location's teams in a different color. I've manually added the color in column E to show the desired result. Additionally I would like to add a line when the date changes but I don't know if this is possible with CF or not.

Thanks in advance for any/all help!
