Polish encoding with range to html format vba (utf-8)

Hi,

i have function from Ron de Bruin:

All is working amazing and within e-mail body i can paste my range value.
I have polish signs unfortunately within my reports like :

"Ł, Ż, ź, ó, ą".

It is possible to save range to html format using utf-8 (i think that this is it? ) encoding ?
