Auto-populate a calendar with entries based on a start date and a list of entries

What I知 trying to do is auto-populate a calendar for a patient who is on a particular pre-set regimen. For example, patient A will be on protocol X which states on day 1 he will take Yellow, and day 2 Orange and so forth (with each day accounted for but not necessarily taking anything each day either). I知 thinking on a separate tab will have a column of Days and another columns for the colors? What I知 hoping is that I enter a start date and the entire protocol will be populated within the calendar. BUT, I am also hoping that if there was a break in the regimen e.g. had to stop the protocol for few days due to illness that I can stop and resume any day and will change the entries prior. Hope that makes sense. Thanks.

Do you have a mock-up of what you are trying to achieve? It would help if you attached a sample Excel workbook.

To do this, click on Go Advanced (below the Edit Window) while you are composing a reply, then scroll down to and click on Manage Attachments and the Upload window will open. Click on Browse and navigate to (and double-click) the file icon that you want to attach, then click on Upload and then on Close this Window to return to the Edit window. When you have finished composing your post, click on Submit Post.

Please note that the Paperclip icon (Attachments button) dies not work on this site.

    Hope this helps.

    Pete
