VBA Disable Cancel button on Saving dialogue

I am looking for the VBA for disable the "Cancel" option while Saving dialogue prompt. Request to you kindly do provide the solution.

Dear Expert, I do have a important financial dashboard where i have created a userform for specific users with password to login to the workbook that userform appears while opening the workbook but if anyone click on the "X" (Close) option in userform then the workbook prompting close command with Save, Don't Save and Cancel option and if i do use the Cancel option then the workbook would be accessible for anyone.

That is the reason if any unauthorized person tries to access the financial numbers then he would not able to view the financials.

Another way i was thinking if we can disable the "X" (Close) button via VBA from the userform that would also be work.

Request to you please do help me out.
