Best way to structure data?

I'm stumped on this for some reason (maybe because it's Friday) but I have data structured in one column as such:

Title

Data
Data
Data
Data
Title2

Data2
Data2
Title3

Data3
Data3
Data3
Data3
Data3

What's the best way in Excel to be able to move the title next to each data line item? So like below:

Data Title
Data Title
Data Title
Data Title
Data2 Title2
Data2 TItle2

etc..
