Copy table from web page into Excel in table format

I used to be able to select a table on a web page, copy and then paste into Excel (matching destination format). However the web page recently was redesigned and now instead of pasting as a table it pastes as a single column of data. The data doesn't follow in regular format so copy and transpose is not useful. I've tried using VBA to process the data but again the layout varies too much.

Another Forum where I posted the issue, gave up.

Sample web page (data only available for 24 hours from 0600 GMT
    https://www.punters.com.au/odds-comp.../?raceNumber=8

I want the data in the same table layout as the webpage. Graphics, colour and other formatting is irrelevant.

This type of copying data must be being done regularly.

    Any help much appreciated.

    Welcome to the forum!

All forums have the same rule about cross-posting: to get help here, you will first need to provide a link to the thread in the other forum you mention. The same will now be true over there, whether you have received any help or not. Thanks.

Fair enough will do so as soon as I work out how to do it?

Thank you. As it's New Year's Day, you might not get much response before tomorrow, of course.
