I have a Table1 in Sheet1 (with N1 numbers of Rows in Table1, N1 created at Table creation) and Sheet2 with a numbers of Rows
I want to : Count Number of Rows with value from Sheet2 (say N2) and Automatic adjust Table 1 numbers of rows to N2+5

This is a very confusing description, well, at least to me. Do you have a sample workbook you can post with a before and after?
Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.
Remember to desensitize the data.

Done, I have attached with better explanation I guess
So COUNT Column C with values and Make Table numbers of rows = Count so Column C it fit in Table
Highlight C1:C7 >> copy >> paste on A2
Table will auto adjust down to the A7
It will not
If numbers of rows in Table is bigger then the number of rows in column c, table will not adjust "up"
That why I like table number of rows to be variable to number of rows in column c
Seems like this is defeating the purpose of a Table in Excel which is meant to grow as you add new data or decrease as you remove data. Not sure how you end up with empty rows when using a Table.
Anyway, only way I can think to do it would be with code.
Say your table spanned from A1 to A21 and in column C you have 7 values. This code would remove the waste from A21 to A9.Please Login or Register to view this content.
Hi,
I don't think you need VBA for this.
Check whether the option "Include new rows and Columns in table" is checked.
Location of the option: Excel options >> Proofing >> "AutoCorrect Options..." >> "AutoFormat as you type" >> Second option
If checked, you should be able to paste more cells and the table will adjust its size.
