Excel Workbook to slow to work with multipe pivots and dashboard

I have an Excel workbook, very large (70 Megas) and inside I have 3 databases, many of Pivot tables with Report Connetcions and a Dashboard. However, the file is being very slow to operate. It takes time to calculate, it's slow. What could I do so that everything goes blazing fast? (Get all data in Dashboard+Slicers working fast).
They're all done by formula (index+match, ifs, vlookps, pivot tables, pivot charts).

    thanks for your opinion.

If it is slow to calculate, that is probably due to formulas. Without examples of those it will be hard to comment specifically, but most people use vlookup and index/match inefficiently. Sorting the data will help as will reusing a match value whenever possible. If your workbook is 70MB on disk and is an XML format, then it is actually far larger in memory when opened.
