Duplicate formula in rows as pivot table expands

I have data that I am breaking up into multiple Rows. In this case in Column a is the pivot table with "Rack" and "Format Bin" In my example here "Rack" is 01 and 05 and the "Format Bin" is 01-01-01-01, 01-01-01-02, 01-01-02-01...and so on.

In column B I have a formula that does a vlookup against column A and puts the item number and qty. Here is the formula

=VLOOKUP(B9,BinItem,4,FALSE)&" Qty: "&VLOOKUP(B9,BinItem,6,FALSE)

What I want to happen is when the pivot table is refreshed, have the forumulas in column B replicate down the rows for the "Format Bin" rows. But when the pivot table is refreshed they dont replicate.

Any ideas on how to make this work?
