Looking up matching or nearest match

I am struggling with a really basis lookup, not sure if I should be using a lookup or match function.

Also if there is no value in the horizontal then I want to return 0 value

I want to look at the data in Payroll Build HrsCosts tab and return the value based upon the criteria in row 11 of Occupancy tab

Hi, tonykyte - It sounds like you just need a simple HLOOKUP formula, but I'm not sure I understand your layout.

To attach a workbook:

Click Go Advanced
Scroll down to Manage Attachments and click.
Now click Browse, find your file, then click Upload. Simple!
