Print Format shared file Multi User - Page Setups differ - Need it standard

I have a huge file .xlsm with specific print formats for each sheet. All users have Office 2016. When the file is opened - most print correctly. Some have margins changed or Page breaks Changed, One user recently had it print each CELL separately.

They open the file add some info in a few unlocked cells - then print.

It always opens and prints correctly on mine - I have used all the printers that the users would use.

This usually happens due to printers/print drivers. The other common reason I have seen is they are actually opening a copy, not the same exact file you are opening, with different settings.

Just because you used the same printer they might, doesn't mean you have the same driver they do. Lets say hypothetically the margin is set to .2 and your driver allows a minimum value of .2 but their driver allows a minimum of .25. On their machine it will shift because it "has to" according to the driver.

Also, while you all may have Excel 2016, it doesnt mean you all have the same exact version (which could cause some issues). It might not hurt to check the version numbers on the problem machines vs 1 or 2 working machines (File | Account | About Excel). Something like 16.0.xxxx.xxxx (64 bit or 32 bit). If they are behind on updates compared to working machines, updates to Office may resolve things. If they are ahead in updates, they may need to be rolled back.

Try opening Excel on the machines having the issue in safe mode, open the file from within Excel in safe mode and try printing. No issue, they likely have an add-in causing issues that you or others do not.
