Hello everyone,
I looked around for quite some time but have not really found how to make this work.
I created a macro that is based on some filters that I set manually send out an email (I will not post this one yet since I want to change the way I'm working now completely and do not want to influence you guys).
Goal:
every day we are calling customers in order to make an appointment to visit and perform a maintenance. Based on where these people live we need to send this out to different partners.
At the end of the day an email has to be sent out to all these partners containing all customers who were booked.
Bonus(nice to have)
Once the email has been generated the booked status needs to change to district informed
I added an example file.
So when status in column Z is "Booked" Excel should first group these booked per District (column W or X can be used for this)
Then (based on the example file) 4 emails should be generated containing all info from columns A - AC.
With the email adress that can be found in column AD as to adress.
Subject: Visits booked
I hope this is more or less clear to you guys and Whether you guys think this is possible to do using a macro in excel.
I would like to thank you guys in advance for taking the time to read this and help me out!
