adding bullets to cells and connecting it with line?

Hello all,
I've doing the step mentioned in the title manually, and was wondering if excel can do it?
I have this file that keeps track of temperature log daily, and we're just ticking infront of the current temp and connecting it to the previous one. to obtain a line on the paper itself.

Ive made an example with lines about what i want to do.
Hope it can be done.

Use a scatter chart to get the effect you desired.
