move a line of by adding info into 1 of 3 specific cells at the end of the line

Hello,
Attempting to move a line of cells to a designiated line "RESOLVED" area on the same sheet. that will also color code it light blue. the line will move automaticly by entering data into one of 3 specific cells on the same line....so
Data in A4,B4,C4,D4,E4,F4,G4,H4,I4,J4, K4, L4, THEN....enter data into 1 of the following 3 cells (M4, N4, O4) will move this entire line to A50 (for example) there could be up to 80 lines of specific data that would need to be moved as each line is completed to the area below line i.e. 50 also wanted it to color light blue to show completed.
