Help With conditional formatting and =WEEKNUM(NOW())

Cell A1 contains the date 2/16/18 which falls withing week 7 and the formula =WEEKNUM(NOW()) Returns the value 7 meaning we are in the 7th week if the year.

I would like to apply conditional formatting to cell A1 so that if the date in the cell falls withing the current week it is highlighted and if the date falls outside the current week it does not

Select A1 > Conditional Formatting > New Rule > Use a formula

=WEEKNUM(A1)=WEEKNUM(TODAY())

Format: Fill whatever color you'd like > OK
