    Not all functions on excel

    Hello all

    Guys please help me to understand.
    At home, i have Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016 but i don't have all the functions that i have at the office wich is 365 (...).
    Functions like Datedif, Texjoin, ifs and so on....
    Please feel free to give me your better advice, what do download, add ins....

    This feature is only available if you have an Office 365 subscription.

    Datedif exists in usual 2016
