List contents from specific text in another worksheet

Hi Guys

I've created a sample worksheet which:
On sheet1, is listed by date and driver name, with the drivers status for that day, ie working etc.

I would like on sheet 2 if its possible to list the drivers according to the date specified but only if they are 'Working'

I've tried hiding using conditional formatting those that are not working, but that leaves blank cells in the list which is what I am trying to avoid.

Is there a way of creating a list of drivers who are 'Working' only on sheet2 without leaving blank cells?
