High Level Project Milestone Tracker

Hello All,

Please see attached.

I have one project that has 145 sites (rows) within 15 markets. Each Market has multiple sites. Each site has multiple milestones that we track. Each milestone has a forecast and actual. Forecast shows the planned date of completion. Actual shows the date the task was completed.

My dilemma is I can't figure out how to roll this data up into a GANTT or similar to show when the damn project will complete per market.

This should be right up someones alley who has used a Forecast/Actual type tracker for tasks.

Power Query for

• Excel 2010 Pro Plus or Excel 2013 Pro Plus can be downloaded as free add-in from MS site (choose correct version). I suggest Power Pivot also
• Excel 2016 or Excel 365 is built-in and called as Get&Transform
• PowerQuery works with M-language and does not contain any classic formulae or vba code
