Question PPT Format in Excel - possible?

At my job I've taken over a report that needs to be monthly updated. It's created in such a way that when you replace the old data with the new data the grahps are automatically updated. The graphs are placed in "pages" A4 Format. These A4 pages with graphs are then stored (exported) as a pdf. However, how the report is used(by mgmt for presentations) it would be better to have it in ppt format 16:9 stored in a pdf; in other Words 2 ppt on top of eachother as it would look if you stored a file from powerpoint to pdf. I can't figure out to get the "pages" into this format - I would reallly appreciate if someone could help me. (P.S. I'm aware that you can link graphs straight into a ppt but how the excel is currently set up it would be quite tedious work ...and i'd rather prefer a Quick fix)

Thanks a lot for taking the time to read and consider this question!

Take a look at the attached. It works OK if the PowerPoint you are copying to is a fixed format. It makes a "static" presentation that does not update when the workbook is updated, however, it takes literally seconds to produce. Basically, you fill out a table where you tell it what sheet in Excel has the object, what kind of object it is (range, chart or text), what sheet in the presentation it goes to, where to put it (top and left) and how big to make it (height and width). It does this in inches, and I've yet to find a taker who works in cm. However, your regional settings might already do the translation.
    Attached Files Attached Files
One spreadsheet to rule them all. One spreadsheet to find them. One spreadsheet to bring them all and at corporate, bind them.

A picture is worth a thousand words, but a sample spreadsheet is more likely to be worked on.
