I want to "merge" 2 lists and remove each row from the first table if the second table contains the exact same row.
Is there a faster way than to do it by hand because there are several thousand rows?
Thanks in advance!

do it in a copy file first but you can just copy and paste table 2 under table 1.
if you want to know which value came from which table simple insert a column in both tables where write "Table1" or Table2 on each line before you paste table 2 under table 1
then select the columns that contain duplicates and go to the Data menu option "Remove duplicates" and run it. All duplicates should be gone then
If you want a intermediate solution to have a little more control on deleting records. you can after you merged the full tables set a conditional formatting for duplicate values on the column(s) with duplicates. After that you can filter by color to select the duplicate lines. After that you can manually delete the lines eighter one by one or by filtering again on the extra column with value "Table1"
