Replace values from another spreadsheet?

Hi,
I have absolutely no idea about the nomenclature so I explain it with an image and my own words...

I have an excel file with two columns; ID and Name. A name belongs to an ID but since the names were entered manually there are some different spellings which results in wrong quantities. In my example the "322-1 Milk is good" results in the quantity zero since both instances are wrongly spelled. "322-1 Ham is nice" counts as one but should be two etcetera.

I have a correct spreadsheet and I want to compare the faulty tables with the correct one and the faulty names should be corrected for every instance.

I assume it would work something like: grab code from faulty, find corresponding code in correct and if names doesn't match replace from correct.

I hope my explanation is ok and I'm very thankful if I could get som help on this issue.

The data comes from a 3D CAD prorgam so we can't do anything about it.
