Can you add conditional formatting to pivot charts?

Hi,

I'm trying to add conditional formatting to a pivot chart to show a Red, Amber or Green colour bar depending on of a participants performance against a section.

At the moment I have to manually change each bar depending on the value but want to automate this. I want it in a pivot chart as I am going to be passing it on to a third party and only want them to drop the data in weekly and hit refresh.

Green >= 92%
Amber >= 78%
Red <=77%

I have attached an example of the data and what I am looking for. I'm not even sure if it is possible.

Select your pivot data, Conditional formatting, New Rule, Format Style 3-Colour Scale in the window that has just opened. At Type level select percentile and then add your numbers. 77,78 and highest 92. Done

Hi Paul,

Tried that but it only colours the raw data and doesn't effect the pivot chart colours.

Also the chart is based on a calculated field.

I've re-attached the example with your suggested change.
