Tab navigation - is it possible to create drop down list

Hi,

I sometimes work with spreadsheets (and Autocad drawings) having over 100 tabs. In Autocad, there is a nifty feature that allows you to open a drop down at the end of the tab area to navigate between tabs - see picture. Is there any way of doing this in excel? As these are client spreadsheets, I don't want to add macros or VBA to them.
