Create an Excel Drop Down list with Search Suggestions ( Serachable Dropdown list )

Hello,

someone help me ,please.

I wanted to create dropdown list with searchable function , instead of "go and search the name" , then "copy,past" from that data sheet.

I tried to test with helper columns and vba code based on what I only know. But it showed only in one fixed cell.
I have tried google and youtube . But, still not reach the solution yet .

Attached is sample file . Kindly advise me how to fix or is there any better formula.
